We will replace any product found to be defective for up to 180 days. If a product is damaged in shipping, we will replace it, providing we are notified within five days of receipt (please keep packaging). All exchanges should be sent prepaid via UPS or US Mail with a copy of the original invoice and an explanation of the problem. We will not accept C.O.D. returns. No cash refunds. We will accommodate special orders for a 100 % nonrefundable pre-payment. We cannot accept returns on these orders unless damage occurs in shipping.
